Erin has always loved a creative artistic outlet and when her daughter was very young, decorated cookies seemed like a good opportunity to express her creative side.
Erin is a self-taught cookie artist but always loves finding new and interesting ways of honing her skills.
Erin’s favorite type of cookie to decorate are hand-painted cookies for the soft lines and gradual color pallet AND business logos for the structure and consistency.
When Erin isn’t with Theresa creating their cookie empire, she enjoys spending time with friends and her family, a daughter, son, hubby, 2 fish, 2 cats and a dog (who acts like a cat).
